+ What are the benefits of yoga for gay men?
Whether you are actively working out or finding your way into physical fitness, yoga can be a great addition to lifting weights or getting you into your body. Yoga can increase flexibility, bring synovial fluid to your joints, and improve your balance.
The benefits of yoga aren’t just physical; they are great for your mental health. By connecting to your breath, you can cultivate the ability to regulate your nervous system and drop into the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for your body to digest, rest, and heal itself.
