For millennia, yoga has been an embodiment practice helping the practitioner cultivate mind, body, and spirit holism. I focus clients on embodiment and a strong, meditative breath practice through a blend of Vinyasa and Yin schools of movement.

Virtual Private Online Yoga Sessions

Private sessions provide us a platform to hyper-focus on your individual mind-body needs. I aim to create a safe space together where we can let go of the stresses and tensions of everyday life and show up with an open-hearted intention to a movement practice of slow and mindful dynamics.

I offer packages of five 60 minute sessions as well as individual sessions.

Virtual Men’s Group Classes

I aim to create a pleasurable, sex-positive, and safe space for gay/queer identified men to have fun while releasing shame in connection with community. These slow, mindful, and heart-opening practices are centered around self-love and emotional and physical exploration. All bodies are welcome.
