I incorporate Eastern and Western modalities into my practice ranging from Acupressure, Thai massage, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage; the foundation of my work is Esalen® Massage & Deep Bodywork.

For millennia, yoga has been an embodiment practice helping the practitioner cultivate mind, body, and spirit holism. I focus clients on embodiment and a strong, meditative breath practice through a blend of Vinyasa and Yin schools of movement.
